These doors replaced the existing timber doors and frames with new aluminium doors and frames, the greenhouse was suffering from a lack of air circulation and  trouble accessing and exiting the building with plants and wheelbarrows. The old system with the timber doors was leaving the doors open. This solution was playing havoc with insects infestation. So we automated the aluminium doors on push pads and remote control fob system and replaced the glass of the inner door with fly mesh so allowing better air flow whilst keeping out the insects.

This was a main entrance into a large high school. The entrance comprised two pairs of doors on an inner screen and two pairs of doors on an outer screen with a side screen to form a lobby. 3 of the 4 doors on each screen were manual on concealed hydraulic transom closers and one was automated with an ASN Erreka electronic door opener this allowed full compliance with the DDA regulations and Part M of the building regulations. All the outer doors were free access with the automatic operator being on motion radar activation. All the inner doors were on electronic locking to allow a secure lobby. The pair of manual doors were on a coded digital keypad system to allow entrance to allowed staff. The automatic swing door was on a key fob system again to allow entry by staff, there was a cctv system back to the reception desk with a dedicated monitor and audio intercom. The inner doors had the facility to be free access or secure entry at the discretion of the site

The under floor swing door operator is a great product if all conventional options are not possible, the direct drive motor gearbox is in a under floor mounting box with a cover plate and the electronics are mounted in a separate control cabinet inside the building. Church toilet door required automation to comply with the DDA (disabled discrimination act) and also to allow all parishioners full and free access. The ASN Erreka swing door unit was used to open and close the door this was interfaced to a dedicated toilet control system. This system controls the opening and closing of the door, the locking electronically of the door and also has a LED system to indicate if the toilet is vacant, occupied or locked, unlocked. The system is also designed to only allow locking when the door is closed so eliminates the button being pressed to lock down the system if the toilet is occupied
