Access Solutions Northerntries to overcome with suitable sensors or barriers. A safe and effective automatic swing door is our aim. Our door can be supplied to replace old or damaged doors or as a complete entrance system with the option of fixed side screens and transom panels. The Swing Automatic Door operator, which powers the door, is usually contained within an overhead unit but can be floor mounted. This unit contains the motor gearbox, safety interface, and microprocessor controller.
A multi-position mode switch is also supplied to set the different modes of operation.
The door can be activated by various options these include radar motion sensors, remote control or push button plus many other options and variations.
Standard safety features of the Swing Automatic Door start again with the motor that includes a automatic reverse system if it encounters an obstacle during an opening or closing cycle presence safety sensors mounted on the front and back edges of the door leaf.
Fully automatic operator systems come with on door safety sensors that protect the area the door swings allowing the speeds to be quicker and the powers to be greater
Low energy units do not have these safety sensors so have to rely on the motor sensing collision to stop and reverse and therefore operate at very slow speeds and very low forces.
The main difference between Fully Automatic Swing Door Operator and low energy swing door operators is the speed and power the units work at.
The specification may vary as all openings are individual but the above will give you a basic guide to our product.
